The company has been registered in the Central Professional Builders Register for implementing of buildings with spread: First group, Constructions from 4th and 5th category. It is a member of the Bulgarian Construction Chamber from April 2011.

The company region of activity is the Bulgarian Black Sea coast in particular Burgas, Sarafovo, Sunny Beach, Primorsko, and recently and Sofia. It is positioned in the residential construction segment, and is executing residential and administrative buildings and complexes, as well as apart-hotels and private buildings. The company main purpose is building home of high-quality materials for its clients, which to be at the same time functional, having low power consumption and aesthetically adequate not only in the present but in the distant future. We chase realization of the perfect residential building, “fine-tuning” of each of its exterior and interior details. And moreover, except the choice of appropriate parcel, completing its planning, receiving all building permits and keeping the terms of bringing the buildings into exploitation, which usually take from 18 to 24 months, our three principles are correctness, innovation and uncompromisingness in the construction quality. Because we keep the modern ethical business practices, the number of our clients is increasing, and they are glad of the exceptional combination of classic design and modern comfort of the buildings we are constructing.
